By using SurfPulse you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

You keep ownership of the reports, notes, photos, and videos you submit (“Your Content”). By posting, you grant SurfPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and show Your Content inside the app so other surfers can see live conditions. You can ask us to remove Your Content at any time.

• No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No nudity, violence, or illegal content.
• No spam, scams, or impersonation.
• Only post media you captured yourself or have permission to share.
• Don't share other people's personal information.

We may hide, remove, or restrict any content or account that breaks these rules — usually without warning if safety is at stake.

SurfPulse provides crowd-sourced reports and live ocean data for informational purposes only. Conditions can change in minutes and reports may be inaccurate. Always check the water yourself, know your limits, and surf with a buddy. SurfPulse is not responsible for injuries, losses, or anything that happens in the ocean.

SurfPulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SurfPulse and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You don't need an account to read or post reports. Admin accounts are for our moderation crew only. We may suspend access if rules are broken.
